Dusty Eland is our newest permanent camp in Laikipia, Kenya, set in a wonderfully wild corner of the country where wildlife is making an impressive comeback. The camp has six spacious, high-comfort tents, each designed to work equally well for couples, families or groups, with flexible bedding arrangements to suit almost any combination of guests. It is an intimate camp, but with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the feeling of being properly immersed in the bush.

The view south is particularly special, stretching across open country towards the twin peaks of Mount Kenya, with weathered granite kopjes scattered through the foreground. Wildlife moves freely through this landscape, making the area a favourite with both animals and safari-goers. Dusty Eland is intended to be much more than somewhere to sleep: it is a base for walking, exploring, tracking and simply enjoying the extraordinary rhythm of this part of Laikipia.
