DAY 1-4: Tumaren Camp

Loseramoru, a stunning granitic hill, is a prominent feature on the horizon as visitors approach Tumaren Camp. On arrival in camp, the foreground is often times occupied by the plains game that visit a salt lick in front of camp. After a quick tour of your spacious tent and the camp your guide will be able to tell you a bit about the area and current location of the best wildlife in the area. They will tell you about all the activities and setting up what you might want to do each day. Our camels are always available to accompany walkers and to tote gear and people to the wildest corners of our conservation area. Our Game viewing Landcruisers are also always at the ready and can be used day or night to look for our the rich wildlife that distinguishes Laikipia as one of the most hopeful conservation models on the continent.
