Ngong House (1 Night)
After being met at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport
you will be picked up by a Karisia represenetive and transfered
to Ngong house.
Ngong House is a private, serene and luxurious home stay
situated in Karen / Langata area of Nairobi. The lodge overlooks
the Ngong Hills, only a few minutes away from what used
to be Karen Blixen’s coffee farm.
Secluded in 10 acres of private land, it is close to Nairobi
National Park, 30 to 40 minutes from Nairobi International
Airport, 15 minutes from Wilson airport (where all fly safaris
depart from) and 20 minutes from the city center. Your host
Paul Verleysen, a Belgian, moved to Africa in 1970. He has
worked in Congo, Rwanda, Ivory Coast and finally Kenya where
he opted to leave the diplomatic service, then bought a
hunter’s home and transformed it into Ngong House |

Ol Seki (3 Nights)
Set on a wonderful rocky promontory, with the Il Supukiai
River below, our luxury seasonal Ol Seki Mara Camp enjoys
panoramic views in a gorgeous wilderness area teeming with
game. Eastern Koiyaki, north of the Mara, provides a rare
opportunity to enjoy wildlife viewing in a pristine setting.
This oasis of inspired and beautifully designed tents is
nestled amongst Cordia and Acacia trees, attracting an abundance
of wildlife and birds, many of which are seen from the tents
in the valley below. Elegant candle lit dinners, romantic
dining for honeymooners, a resident masseuse - a delight
for all senses! With privacy in mind, the ambience of the
traditional mobile safari camp has been extended to heights
never dreamed of in this peaceful and magical setting. |
Tumaren (4 Nights)
Tumaren
is a wildlife sanctuary managed by James Christian and Kerry
Glen. The vast 360 degree views of the Karisia Hills to
the north and Mount Kenya to the south lend a wild romance
to this magical place. Tumaren is rich with game including
Grevy's Zebra, Reticulated Giraffe, Grants Gazelle, Oryx,
Eland, Dikdik, Gerenuk, Elephant as well as Leapord, Aardwolf,
Lion, Cheetah and Wild Dog. |

Sosian Ranch (2 Nights)
Sosian lodge is a beautifully restored African ranch house
that was built in the 1940’s by Italian artisans,
and accommodates up to fourteen people in the atmosphere
of a private home. Seven cottages lie in the tropical garden
overlooking Mt Kenya and miles of unspoiled Africa, each
with its own private verandah and ensuite bathroom.
As well as all the exciting safari activities on offer each
day, the lodge has a swimming pool, tennis court and miles
of wilderness to explore with top guides. Sosian is well
known for its delicious home cooking using fresh ingredients
from the organic vegetable garden and for its warm and friendly
hospitality.
